TENDER  NOTICE
TENDER REF NO: CDFC/WJRS/003/2013-2014
TENDER NAME: DRILLING OF BOREHOLES IN WAJIR SOUTH CONSTITUENCY.

CDF Wajir South has received funding towards the drilling of four (4) Boreholes in the following locations: Laghbogol, Lagdub, lldalata and Alioismail.

The works will include drilling, casing and caping. Bidders should meet the following conditions:

i.      Registered with ministry of Water and Irrigation as a drilling contractor.

ii.     Have Rotary Rigs capable of both air and mud drilling to depth of 350 meters.

iii.    Past experience of working in Northern Kenya.

iv.    Have certificate of incorporation as a drilling company.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at Habaswein District Treasury P.o Box 55-70201, Habaswein during normal working hours. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non-refundable fees of Kshs.3,000 per set of document in cash or banker’s cheque payable to the District Accountant Habaswein District.

The completed tender document in plain sealed envelope clearly marked “TENDER FOR DRILLING OF BOREHOLES IN WAJIR SOUTH CONSTITUENCY” and reference number should be addressed and sent to:

Or may be deposited in tender box situated at Wajir South CDF office, Habaswein so as to be received on or before 22nd October 2013 at 10.00 am. Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender.
The tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in CDF Wajir South conference room in presence of bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend.
The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application in part or whole, and not bound to give reason for its decision.
