EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR UPGRADING OF VARIOUS ROADS TO BITUMEN STANDARD
EOI REFERENCE NO: CGKK/UPGRADING OF ROADS/001/13-14
The County Government of Kakamega intends toupgrade various roads to Bitumen Standard and associated works.The roads are currently gravel roads of Class D and E.
The roads are located in 12 Sub-Counties traversing the whole Kakamega County.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. The EOI responses shall include details on the following as part of the statement of qualifications:
a) Understanding of the assignment
b) Experience in similar assignments
c) Description of similar assignments.
d) Experience in similar conditions
e) Availability of appropriate skills among staff.
f) Demonstrate expertise in the design.preparation of bill of quantiites.bid documents and construction supervision.
The EOI documents must be accompanied by copies of the following:
a) Company Profile
b) Certificate of business incorporation
c) Valid tax compliance certificate.
d) Details of at least similar prefects undertaken.
e) List of at least (3) references from organizations your firm has offered similar services.
f) Practicing Certificate.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Standard Tender documents for Selection of Consultants on www.ppoa.go.ke.

Expressions of Interest (One original plus two copies) must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Upgrading of various county Roads to Bitumen Standard”, and must be delivered to the address below by 6th February at 11.30a.m.
