3. Only bidders who buy the tender documents shall qualify to tender. Prices quoted sbouid be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs; must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid 90 days from closing date of the particular tender.
4. Completed tender documents shall be sealed and marked as stated in the tender document and be deposited in the tender box at Kenyatta University – (Procurement Department Reception) or be addressed to:
