Request for Proposal for Provision of Drilling Services and materials for Four (4) Geothermal Wells in Longonot-AGIL/DR/PROC/006/2015
Africa Geothermal International (Kenya) Ltd (AGIL-Kenya), invites sealed proposals for provision of drilling services and drilling materials for four (4) geothermal wells in the Longonot geothermal field. The proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications and conditions outlined in the document.
Interested and eligible tenderers can obtain further information and purchase the Tender Document at AGIL-Kenya offices, Argwings Kodhek Road, Opposite Priory Place Entrance, Hurlingham, Nairobi, between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm during working days.
A complete set of the tender document may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only (KES 1000.00). Bids must be a6companied by an Original bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Kenyan Bank. The tender security shall be US Dollars One Hundred Thousand (USS 100,000) or equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
The completed proposals sealed in plain envelopes clearly marked with the Tender No. and reference name: shall be addressed to:

And delivered to the AGIL-Kenya offices not later than 2nd April 2015 at 1400hrs (EAT).The proposal wrll be opened on 2nd April 2015, at 1430hrs (EAT) in the presence of the firm’s representatives who choose to attend AGIL-Kenya’s offices. The tenderers’ representatives who are present shall sign a tender opening register evidencing their attendance.
Late proposals will NOT be accepted
