On behalf of USAID / OFDA, Pact Inc. has issued a RFP for upgrading Hand Pump Installed Bore Wells to Motorised Water Systems in Pibor and Nasir counties. (RFP-SF 424 – C-1), between the two 920 projects, there will be for the four separate locations: two in Pibor County and two in Nasir.

Since this RFP is for two separate projects, proposals must be clearly marked for which county the offer or is applying for offers can apply for both, but demonstrate the capacity for it.
