CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND – NORTH IMENTI CONSTITUENCY
INVITATION TO TENDER
ERECTION AND COMPLETION OF THE CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND OFFICES – NORTH IMENTI CONSTITUENCY TENDER NO: CDF/NI/001/2012
 
Tenders for the above named contract are invited for qualified and competent bidders:
• Those works involve erection and completion of the above named facility. Tender documents detailing the scope of works and requirements may be obtained from North Imenti CDF office, upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 2, 000 per copy.
 
• Eligible bidders must be registered by Ministry of Roads & Public Works under the Building Works (General Building) category G and above an have valid tax compliance certificate.
 
• Tender documents must be submitted with a bid bond of 2% of the contract sum from a reputable bank or approved insurance valid for a period of 120 days from the date of submission.
 
Completed tender documents, in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked Erection of Reinforced Concrete Superstructure and roof, perimeter wall and the gate TENDER NO: CDF/NI/001/2012 and bearing no indication of the tenderer must be placed in the CDF Tender Box locate at the main entrance to the Meru municipal Town Hall, Imenti North District (Meru town) by Monday 22/10/2012 at 10:00 am local time.
 
Opening of the tenders will take place immediately thereafter at the CDF office situated on the 2nd floor of the same building. Bidders or their designated representatives are welcome to attend the opening exercise, at eh stipulated time and venue.
 
Any tender that is not properly filled or submitted shall be disqualified. The Government reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and is not bound to give reasons for its decision thereof.
