Tender documents detailing the requirements of the above tenders may be obtained from the office of the Chief Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics, Kenya Power on the 3rd Floor, Stima Plaza, Kolobot Road, Nairobi, on normal working days from Tuesday 1st October, 2013 between 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. sod 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand Shillings Only (KShs.1,000/=) or the equivalent amount in United States Dollars (USD) using the selling exchange rate ruling at the date of the tender document purchase provided by the Central 3ank of Kenya (See Central Bank of Kenya website- www.centralbank.go.ke ). Payment shall be made in Cash or by Banker’s Cheque on the Is* Floor, Costing Office, Stima Plaza, Kolobot Road, Nairobi, Kenya.

D) Kenya Power wishes to inform participating bidders that the Expression of Interest for poles which appeared in the press on Monday, 30th September, 2013 is for TREATED Distribution & Transmission Wood Poles of sizes 10,11 & 12 meters length. The fixed prices are on “Delivered” basis.
