The Ministry of Mining invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning Drilling Equipments as Indicated in the table above. Interested Bidders may bid for any one or all Lots, but may not submit partial bids for any lot.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the Procurement Office, currently located at Madini House, Machakos Road, Industrial Area during normal working hours.

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non-refundable fee of KShs. 1,000/- in cash or Bankers cheque payable to Principal Secretary, Ministry of Mining.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 (One Hundred and Twenty) days from the closing date of the tender.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box currently located at Madini House, Machakos Road, Industrial Area and addressed to, Principal Secretary, Ministry of Mining, P. O. Box 30009, Nairobi so as to be received on or before Tuesday, 18th March 2014 at 11.00 am East African Time.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at Board Room, Ground Floor Madini House Nairobi
