PRE-QUALIFICATION OF BUILDING CONTRACTORS FOR THE PROPOSED HOTEL DEVELOPMENT IN LAMU ON PLOT NO. LR.NO.LAMU/HINDI/MAGOGONI/107
Utumishi Investments Limited invites sealed applications from eligible registered building contractors for the pre-qualification of building contractors for the proposed hotel development in Lamu.
The contractors should be registered by the National Construction Authority NCA1 & 2 and above.
The works will be carried out in Lamu on plot LR. No Lamu/Hindi/Magogoni/107.
The works generally comprise erection and completion of Hotel rooms, conference room and spa with a gross floor area of approximately 3,024 square meters, 1,042 square meters and 100square meters respectively.
Interested firms may obtain further information and inspect the pre-qualification document at utumishi co-op House, Mamlaka Road, off Nyerere road during normal working hours.
A complete set of pre-qualification document may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KShs 1, 000.00 paid in cash.
Applications for pre-qualification must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “PRE-QUALIFICATION OF BUILDING CONTRACTORS FOR THE PROPOSED HOTEL DEVELOPMENT FOR UTUMISHI INVESTMENTS LIMITED IN LAMU” and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed as below and placed in the tender box at Utumishi Co-op House Mezz. Floor or sent by post so as to be received not later than 20th March 2014 at 12:00 noon to:
