The Kenya Industrial Estates Limited (KIE LTD]now invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers for the following tender

Interested eligible tenderers may download a complete set of Tender Document(s) from the Company’s Website: www.kie.co.ke with all the requirements/qualifications. Hard Copies of the Tender Document will be obtained from KIE LTD Head Office at a cost of Kshs.1000.00 payable in cash to KIE LTD. Enquiries can be made via Email: procurement@kie.co.ke.

Completed Tenders shall be placed in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, Reception area, K.I.E Building, Likoni/Lusingeti Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi or sent by post so as to reach the above address not later than Tuesday 21.01.2014 at 10:00 a.m. respectively. Bulky tenders which cannot fit in the tender box will be received in the Managing Director’s Office, 2nd Floor.

ONLY TECHNICAL BIDS will be opened promptly on Tuesday 21.01.2014 at 10:00 a.m. immediately thereafter in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Conference Room, located on the 2nd Floor of KIE LTD Main Building. All tenderers shall be expected to observe all the rules for tender.

Kenya Industrial Estates reserves the right to accept or reject a tender in whole or part without giving reasons for rejection and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
