The Government of Kenya through the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries invites eligible firms to submit proposals for the consultancy services as indicated below.

Description: Provision of Consultancy Services(Architectural/Quantity Surveying/Electrical/ civil& structural Engineering services and Land Surveying) for the proposed Coastal Disease Free Zoning boundary and design of the Disease Control Veterinary Fence within Bachuma holding ground, Taita Taveta County

Description: Provision of Consultancy Services o n Baseline Surveys on Customer Satisfaction, Work Environment and Employee Satisfaction

Interested consultants may obtain complete set of request for proposal documents from the procurement office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KShs.1,000.00 cash in the cash office Kilimo House – Lower ground floor or by banker’s cheque payable to the Principal Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries.

Eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Head, Supply Chain Management Services, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Kilimo house fourth floor, P.O. Box 34188-00100 Nairobi, during normal working hours 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. (East African TimeJ.Bidders Tender No. MOAL&F/DVS/088/2013-2014 may associate (form a Consortium) to enhance their capacity for.

Completed Request for proposal documents enclosed in plain sealed envelope marked with tender reference number, and bearing no indication of the tenderer must be deposited in the Tender Box marked “Ministry of livestock Development” located at the Ground floor, Kilimo House, Cathedral Road P.O. Box 34188-00100 Nairobi, or to be mailed to:

The Request For Proposal documents will be opened immediately thereafter at the Ministry’s conference Room situated on the 6* Floor, Kilimo House. Tenderers or their designated representatives are free to attend the tender opening exercise at the stipulated location and time.
