This extension is necessitated by the need to incorporate into the Tender Documents the provisions of Legal Notices No.106, 109 and 114 which amended the Public Procurement & Disposals Act 2005.
Bidders shall collect a copy of the Addendum at the office of the Manager, Procurement & Supplies on the 6th Floor: The Chancery, Valley Road Nairobi, during normal working days between 9.00am-12.30 p.m and 2.00 p.m – 4.00 p.m.
The addendum will be ready for collection on Tuesday, 23rd July, 2013 and will thereafter be posted on the REA website www.rea.co.ke
