REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Two Rivers Development Limited (www.tworivers.co.ke) a subsidiary of Centum Investment Company Limited (www.centum.co.ke) Is undertaking a mixed use development set on 100 acres of land In the Gigiri area along Limuru road.
The development will comprise Retail, Entertainment and Lifestyle Centre, modern office parks, residential apartments, hotels and public amenities, including public and natural open spaces. These facilities will be supported by high quality centrally managed first world infrastructure and services.
Athena Properties Ltd, the Development and Project Manager of Two Rivers development, requests proposals on behalf of its client for provision of the following infrastructure and services:
A-TRDL-RFP-005 Power Infrastructure
Proposal are sought from suitably qualified and experienced companies and organizations in the field of power solutions to develop and implement, on a design-build-finance-operate basis, of a power solution for Two Rivers strictly in accordance with the Terms & Conditions set out in the Bid Documentation
A-TRDL-RFP-006 Water & Waste Water Solution
Proposals are sought from suitably qualified and experienced companies and organizations in the field of water and waste water management to provide, on a design-build-finance-operate basis, a water and waste water solution for Two Rivers.
A-TRDL-RFP-007 ICT Infrastructure Backbone
Proposals are sought from suitably qualified and experienced companies in the field of ICT to provide a design-build-finance-operate solution for the Two Rivers development ICT infrastructure backbone.
