Tenders in sealed envelopes bearing the correct tender number should be deposited in the Tender Box located on the 16th floor of Reinsurance Plaza Aga Khan Walk Nairobi or be sent to:

To be received by 30th July, 2013 at 10.00 a.m. Tenders will be opened the same day and time in the Corporation’s Boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh 5,000/= in bankers cheque payable to Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Ltd. The banker’s cheque should be enclosed in the tender document during submission.
The tender security shall be 2% per cent of the tender price The tender Security should be in form of banker’s cheques, a bank guarantee or an insurance security bond from PPOA approved Insurance firms.
Prices quoted should be expressed in Kenya shillings, inclusive of Government taxes and should remain valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of the tenders
