The document can also be viewed and downloaded form the website www.kengen .co.ke and the payment evidence MUST be submitted with the tender document. Bidders who downloaded the tender document from the website must forward their particulars immediately for records and any further tender clarifications and addenda and will be required to pay a reduces fee of Kshs. 2, 000. 00
