    Method of Application

Submit your CV and a written response (500 words maximum) to the following problem:

“A client in the Middle East requires a mixed-use commercial tower to achieve structural completion within 18 months from mobilisation. The MEP subcontractor has indicated a 4-week delay to rough-in on levels 12–18 due to late shop drawing approvals. The façade contractor’s programme is sequenced floor-by-floor from Level 10 upward. Identify three critical-path risks arising from this delay and propose one mitigation strategy for each. State your assumptions clearly.”

Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: recruitment@excelon.co.ke using the position as subject of email.
