TENDER FOR SUPPLY, CONSTRUCTION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF BIOGAS DIGESTER AT THE COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND VETERINARY SERVICES – KABETE

TENDER No. MOEP/ONT/03 /2014-2015

The Ministry of Energy and Petroleum (MoEP) invites sealed tenders for Supply, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Biogas-Digester at the College of Agriculture and Veterinary Services (CVAS), Kabete-using livestock dung, whose specifications are detailed in the Tender Documents. Interested eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of the Tender Documents from the Head of Supply Chain Management Services, Ministry of Energy and Petroleum on the 24 floor, Nyayo House upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KShs. 1,000 (Kenya shillings one thousand) at the Cash Office located on the 21st Floor of Nyayo house.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for at least Ninety (90) days from the closing date of the tender.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form and amount specified in the Tender Document. The bid security must be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of tender opening.

Completed tender documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes marked Tender No. MOEP/ONT/03 /2014-2015 for Supply, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Biogas-Digester at the College of Agriculture and Veterinary Services (CVAS), Kabete Using Livestock dung, and addressed to:

and be deposited in the Tender Box situated on 24th floor, Nyayo House so as to reach on or before 22nd October 2014 at 10.00 a.m. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the Main Conference Room on 23rd Floor, Northern Wing, Nyayo House in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Late tenders will not be accepted. Any canvassing will lead to disqualification of tenderer (s).
