CORRIGENDUM

PRE- QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS

Further to the advertisement that appeared in both the Daily Nation and The Standard newspapers on Monday, 9th December 2013;

The requirement that bidders pay the sum of Kshs. 1,000 for a complete set of prequalification documents is now WAIVED Pursuant to Regulation 11 (3) (c) of the Public Procurement and Disposal (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 (Legal Notice 106) of 18th June, 2013. The bidders who had already paid and collected the pre-qualification documents are requested to make arrangements to collect their refund from the Board offices on or before 20th December, 2013.

Completed pre-qualification documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the TENDER NAME AND NUMBER and deposited in the tender box situated at the KENYA MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS & DENTISTS BOARD addressed to:

The Chief Executive Officer,

Kenya Medical Practitioners & Dentists Board,

Woodlands Road,

P.O. BOX 44839 – 00100,

NAIROBI.

So as to reach him on or before 23rd December 2013 at 10.30am

The documents shall be opened thereafter in the Boardroom at “KENYA MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS & DENTISTS BOARD” in the presence of the Bidders or their Representatives who choose to attend.

Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

The Kenya Medical Practitioners & Dentists Board reserves the right to accept or reject a tender in whole or in part. Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
