ADDENDUM AND EXTENSION OF TENDER CLOSING DATE
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Solar PV Systems
Refer to the advertisement that appeared in the dailies on the 4th November, 2013 regarding the Tender indicated below. REA wishes to extend the Tender Closing/Opening date as shown below:
TENDER NO.: REA/2013-2014/ NT/026
ITEMS DESCRIPTION: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Solar PV Systems to 215No. Primary Schools in Samburu, Pokot, Turkana, Wajir, Garissa, Mandera, Marsabit, Isiolo, Lamu and Tana River Counties.
INITIAL TENDER CLOSING DATE: 20th November 2013 at 10.00 a.m.
NEW TENDER CLOSING DATE: 11th December, 2013 at 10.00 a.m.
1.The number of lots have been increased from nine (9) lots to seventeen (17) lots. However, the number of institutions remains the same i.e. 215 No. primary Schools and 1 No. District HQs.
2. Three Lots i.e. LOT 9, LOT 10 and Lot 11 have been exclusively reserved for Youth, Persons with Disability and Women.
Note:
1. A bidder shall be awarded A Maximum of Two Lots where the bidder is least evaluated.
2. Ignore the previous Tender Document and use the amended Tender document that is available and can be downloaded at the Authority’s website www.rea.co.ke
