Tender documents are obtainable from the Municipal Treasurers Department, Town Hall, Kenyatta Highway, 1st floor Room 110 during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2, 000 per bid documents as indicated in the table above.
Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes bearing no indication of the firm bidding with Tender Number and Title Clearly marked on top should be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Town Clerks office. Town Hall, first Floor, Room 139 or if by post to be addressed to:

So as to reach him not later than 12. 00 noon on 20th November 2012. The bid documents will be publicly opened in the committee Room in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
