TENDER INVITATION NOTICE
We hereby invite other renderers to submit tender documents for the execution and completion of the contracts below.
A complete set of Tender documents may be collected by you from Kisii level 5 supply chain management offices at nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 5, 000. 00.
 
NOTE: for the prequalified bidders in the annual financial tender 2012 / 2013 can collect the documents at no fee.

Bidders should fulfill the following requirements
1. An original payment receipt
2. Provide a bid bond of Kshs. 2percent of the quoted sum (bankers cheque or bank guarantee)
3. Provide tax compliance certificate
4. Avail company profile current and projects undertaken by the bidder and clients who    may be contacted for further information on these contracts
5. Proof of previous works of similar magnitude and complexity
6. Sound financial standings and adequate access to bank credit line
7. Adequate equipment and key personnel for eh specified types of works
 
Tender documents should be dropped in the tender box situated at eh entrance to the medical superintended office so as to reach her before 9th /11/2012 at 12. 00 pm, tender will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
 
Prices quote must remain valid of 1200 days from the opening date of Tender.
The government reserves the right to reject any tender without giving reasons for the rejection and does not bind itself to the lowest or any tender.
