PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF FLATS (12 NO. OCCUPANTS) AT NYS VOCATIONAL TRAINING
INSTITUTE – INDUSTRIAL AREA
 
The Department of NYS is pleased to announce the above tender. Tender documents with detailed Bill of quantities Bill of quantities may be opened from the Procurement Office, Room No. 113 First Floor, NYS headquarters – Ruaraka during working hour upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 2, 000 Ksh per set.
 
Eligible Tenders must be registered with Ministry of Public Works, Category F or above and meet other conditions specified in the bid documents.
 
Completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes must be returned with Bid security of Kshs. 600, 000 Ksh in form of Bank Guarantee or Bakers cheque payable to the Director General, National Youth Service or Insurance form the PPOA Accredited insurance companies. They should be marked clearly with the Tender Number and be deposited in the Tender Box situated on the 1st floor, NYS Headquarters or be addressed to:

So as to reach him not later than 8th November 2012 at 10. 00 pm.
 
The tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend in the 2nd Floor Boardroom, NYS Headquarters.
 
The government reserves the right to reject any Tender without giving reasons and does not bind itself to accepting the lowest bid.
