(PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF KITUI TEACHERS SACCO SOCIETY MUTITU BRANCH PREMISES)
Kitui Teachers Sacco Limited is a financial institution offering or banking services to her clientele. As part of its expansion programme in the region, the organization intends to develop modern banking facilities in certain locations. Consequently the organization would like to invites tenders from interested building contractors to bid for the construction of Mutitu branch premises.
MANADATORY REQUIREMENTS
1. Company registration certificate
2. Registration with Ministry of Public Works (MPOW) class D to G
3. Proof of sound financial capacity or adequate access to bank facility
4. Litigation history of the company for the past 5 years
5. Tax compliance certificate
6. Profile of successful undertaken within the last 5 years, showing quality, type and scale of the projects.
Interested reputable and competent firms may obtain the tender documents’ from the Kitui Teachers Sacco Limited. Offices in Kitui during normal working days between 8. 00 am and 5. 00pm upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 5, 000. 00 in cash of in banker’s cheque payable to Kitui Teachers Sacco Society Limited. An official receipt shall be issued for the payment. The completed documents’ in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked.

The bids will be opened shortly thereafter in the Boardroom in the presence of the bidders and their representatives who choose to attend.
