INVITATION TO TENDER
ERECTION AND COMPLETION OF THE CONTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND OFFICES – ISIOLO NOTRH CONTITUENCY

Tenders for the above named works are invited from qualified and competent bidders.
Tender documents detailing the scope of works and requirements may be obtained from District supply chain management office, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.2,000/= per copy.
• Eligible bidders must be registered by National construction authority under Building works (General building) category 6 and above.
• Tender documents must be submitted with a Tender security of Kshs.250,000/= in form of a Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank valid for a period of 120 days from the date of submission.
Completed tender documents, in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked ERECTION AND COMPETION OF THE CONTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND OFFICES – ISIOLO NORTH CONSTITUENCY TENDER NO: CDF/ ISOLO NORTH/001/11/2013 and bearing no indication of the tenderer, must be placed in the Tender Box located at DCs office Isiolo town or send by post to the address given below so as to be received by Thursday 05/12/2013 at 10.00 a.m. local time. Opening of the tenders will take place immediately thereafter at the Dc’s office. Bidders or their designated representatives are welcome to attend the opening exercise, at the stipulated time and venue.
