The Lake Victoria South Water Services Board (LVSWSB) has called on interested bidders to tender for the construction of water supply system and sanitation facilities for Keroka and Isebania Towns.

LVSWSB,a parastatals under the Ministry of Environment, Water and Natural Resources of the Government of Kenya,  through the East African Community (EAC) has received a grant from the African Development Fund “in various currencies” towards the Lake Victoria Water Supply and Sanitation Program, Phase Two (LVWATSAN II), for Kericho,Keroka and Isebania Towns. It thus intends to apply part of the proceeds of the Grant to cover eligible payments under the contracts for Construction of water supply system and sanitation facilities for Keroka and Isebania Towns.

“Bids must be delivered to the Tender Box situated on the 1st Floor reception area of LVSWSB offices at Lavictors House on or before 10.00 am local time on 27th February”, says LWSWSB in a statement.

Bidders are also invited for a Pre-Tender Conference to be held at the Gusii Water Company offices in Kisii Town, on 28th  January 2014, starting at 10.00 am for any clarifications before bidding. Afterwards, site visits shall be organized to the proposed sites in Keroka Town the same day (28th January 2014) from 12.00pm. Visit to the proposed sites at Isebania Town will take place on 29th January 2014 starting at 10.00 am.
