EWSA (Energy Water and Sanitation Authority) hereby invites sealed bids for eligible bidders for e supply, installation and implementation of Fleet management system

Participation is open to all registered companies specialized in the field.

Box 537 Kigali Tel: 573660, 575476 Fax 573 802, Email: upon presentation of a prepaid Bank Slip on nonrefundable amount of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20, 000 RWF). This payment can be done to the cash register office of the Head office of EWSA or on the account No. 010 0588001 – 68 opened to the BCR (CV Commercial Bank of Rwanda), P. O. Box 354 Kigali – Rwanda, Fax (2500 573395 or on the account No. 6013646-67 opened in dollars to the “Banquet of Kigali”. The bidders interested to complete can get additional information to the same address.

The offers well types appropriately bound and presented in four copies of which an original and three copies must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of One million Rwandan Franc (1, 000, 000 Rwf) (Only bids securities issued by banks are acceptable) in sealed bids folds, and reach the Secretariat to the Head of Procurement Unit of EWSA at on or before 09/07/2013 AT 9. 30 AM local time (7.30 GMT)

The outer envelope should be clearly indicated the tender name and title.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law No. 12/2007 of 27./03/2007 on Public Procurement.

The law No. 05/2013 of 13/02/2013 modifying and completing the opening of bids will take place the same day at 10. 00 hours prompt local time (8. 00 GMT) in the conference room of EWSA in public session.
