Where the tender documents may be collected upon payment of a non refundable fee of KSHS. 5,000. 00 paid in cash or through a banker’s cheque at any KenGen finance office. The document can also be viewed and download form the website www.kengen.co.ke and the payment of evidence MUST be submitted with the tender document. Bidders who download the tender document from the website www.kengen.co.ke and the payment evidence MUST be submitted with the tender document. Bidders who download the tender document form the website must forward their particulars immediately for records and any further tender clarifications and addenda and will be required to pay a reduced fee of Kshs. 5, 000. 00

Tenders accompanies by a security bond in the form and amount specified in the tender document. Tender documents must be delivered in plain sealed envelope before the closing date of the following address.
