Keturah, a global leader in luxury wellbeing real estate and hospitality, has reached an important milestone with the completion of shoring, piling, excavation, and infrastructure works for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside. This significant progress marks the commencement of construction by the primary contractor, CECEP Techand Middle East, on the AED 2.8 billion project. Completion is anticipated by the fourth quarter of 2027.
Situated within Keturah Resort—the first fully wellness-certified resort in the MENA region—The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside will feature 200 residences across seven buildings and 12 exclusive mansions. The development will offer yacht berthing for residents and a host of premium amenities including a comprehensive wellness center, a members-only Clubhouse, a ladies’ club, a kids’ club, Michelin-star dining options, and a 550-meter promenade with eco-friendly retail outlets. The gated community will boast unparalleled views of both the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa.
