EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR
THE PROPOSED SCIENCE COMPLEX
Meru University of Science and Technology (MUST) intends to construct a Science Complex.
In this regard, the University requires individual consultants of a consortium of consultants to undertake Architectural, Landscaping, Quality Surveying, Civil and Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Environmental Impact Assessment, Structural cabling and CCTV designs. The same shall prepare pre-contract documentation and supervise implementation of the project.
Eligible firms are invited to express their interest for the above mentioned services. Prospective consultants (or consortium of consultants) who wish to be considered must meet the following criteria and must submit copies of the appropriate qualification documents as follows:-
1. Company profiles (or profile of individual consultants in case of a consortium) to include the company background, membership of relevant professional/ statutory bodies, physical location and contact person.
2. Details of company personnel including CVs of Lead consultants and all the other consultants in the fields indicated above.
3. Demonstration of having conducted at least three assignments of similar nature as a lead consultants individually or as part of a consortium and indicate the project cost, clients names and addresses.
4. Certified copy of registration / incorporation certificate
5. Valid Tax compliance certificate and Business Permit
6. Certified audited accounts for the last two years
7. Agreement of the formation of the consortium, where applicable, stating the lead consultants.
