Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions of the Tender may be obtained from the Procurement Office, NHIF Building on 11th floor Room 1110, during normal working hours, upon payment of a non refundable fee of Kshs. , 000. 00 per set of Tender document, payable to the cashier on 11th floor, NHIF Building, Ragati Road either in cash of bankers cheque payable to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources. Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly indicating the Tender No. and addressed to:-

Should be deposited in the Tender box situate on the 11th floor lift lobby, South Wing NHIF Building Ragati Road so as to be received on or before the 27th September 2012 at11. 00 am.
 
 
Submitted tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders representatives who may choose to attend at the Conference Room on 12th floor of NHIF Building. Late bids shall not be accepted. Prices quoted must remain valid for 180 days from the opening date f the tender.
 
The Ministry is not bound to accept the lowest of any tender.
