Tender NO.ME/4/2012-2014- FOR SUPPLY OF OILS AND LUBRICANTS

The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure invites from interested and eligible bidders for the provision of security services, cutting edges, tyres and tubes, oils and lubricants for the period beginning 1st December,2013 to 31st December, 2014.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Tender documents at Procurement Office, Room 114, First Floor, Mechanical and Transport Department, Headquarters Machakos Road, Industrial Area during normal working hours.

A complete tender document may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ONE THOUSAND SHILLINGS KSHS.1,000/- A copy of the receipt should be attached to the tender document.

Interested bidders will be required to pay a tender security of an amount as specified in the Tender document for each Tender in form of a bank guarantee or a bank draft issued by a reputable bank located in Kenya, payable to the Principal Secretary, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for period of (120) days from the closing date of the tender.

Completed tender documents in duplicate clearly marked “Original” or “Copy” are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and be deposited in the tender box provided at 1st floor.
