TENDER FOR PROPOSED ELECTRICAL UPGRADING AND PROPOSED GENERATOR SYSTEM UPGRADING
Technical University of Mombasa would like to invite interested bidders for the following tenders:-

Tender documents with detailed information may be obtained from the Procurement Office at Technical University of Mombasa, Tom Mboya Avenue upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 5, 000 (Kenya shillings five thousand only) per set of documents for each category at eh cash office. Duly completed tender documents enclosed din plain sealed envelope and properly indicating Tender Reference Number as indicated above should be addressed to:

Or deposited in the Tender Box situated at eh reception area of the Vice Chancellor’s office so as to reach the institution on or before June 10th 2013 at 10. 00 am . Tenders will be opened thereafter in the main conference room, 2nd floor, administration Block.

Bidders are invited to attend or send their representatives if they so wish. Prices quoted MUST BE inclusive of all taxes expressed on Kenya shillings and remain valid for at least Ninety (90) days after the costing date of the tender notice. Tenderers are required to note that only those registered for VAT and up to date with tier income Tax and VAT returns will be considered. Tenderers must attach copies of PIN certificate, VAT Registration Certificate of Registration and Audited Accounts for audited accounts for the last three years (2010, 2011, 2012).

Technical University of Mombasa reserves the right to accept or reject any tenders and does not bind itself to accept the lowest the lowest or any bidder. Any CANVASSING whatsoever will render the prospective bidder ineligible for participation.
