TENDER NOTICE
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS.
The County Government of Homa Bay, in the implementation of its County Integrated Development Plan, intends to light selected streets and residential areas within Homa Bay Town.
The County now invites bidders from qualified engineering companies to quote for the supply and installation of the solar street lights as specified in the tender documents.

TENDER ITEM DESCRIPTION: Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Solar Street Lights.
Interested bidders should meet the following criteria:-
1. Attach Certificate of Registration /Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies.
2. Attach Copy of VAT and PIN Certificate from KRA.
3. Attach KRA current Tax compliance certificate.
4. Fill and sign all the attached tender documents.
5. Submit a Bid Bond of Kshs.100,000 or a Bank Guarantee of the same amount from a recognized Insurance Company.
Interested applicants should collect tender documents from the County Procurement Office during working hours upon payment of Non-Refundable Kshs.1,000 (One thousand Kenya shilling only).
Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes and marked “Tender No. HB/44/ 2013-2014″should be deposited in the Tender Box at the entrance of the Governor’s Office on or before Thursday, 6th February 2014 at 10.00 AM. Tenders will be closed and opened at the boardroom immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
