DEPUTY COUNTY COMMISSIONER, TRANS-NZOIA WEST Tender: Proposed Construction of an Agricultural Training Centre at Kitale, Closing Date 23/05/2013 DEPUTY COUNTY COMMISSIONER, TRANS-NZOIA WEST TENDER NOTICE TENDER NO: TNZ/W/29/2012-2013 Tenders are invented form eligible competent suppliers for the Proposed Construction of an Agricultural Training Centre at Kitale. Trans-Nzoia obtained from the District supply Chain Management Office, Trans-Nzoia west upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 3, 000 per set of document, during normal office working hours. NB: Bidders should meet their own arrangements to view the site before quoting. Prices quoted must be NET (inclusive of VAT and other incidental charges payable) and must remain valid for a period of 120 days after closing. Complete tender documents in plain wax sealed envelopes clearly marked with appropriate tender number should be addressed to: Deputy County Commission Trans-Nzoia West P. O. Box 11 Kitale Or may be deposited in the tender box situated at eh entrance to the Deputy County Commissioners Office so as to reach on or before Thursday 23rd May 2013 at 10. 00 am. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the DCC’s boardroom in the presence of candidates or their representatives who may choose to attend. The tender must be accompanied by a bid bond form an established ban or approved insurance company of not less than 5% of the tendered sum. Late tenders will not e accepted.
