SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF AN ERP SOLUTION

TENDER NUMBER KOTDA/060/2015-2016

The Konza Technopolis Development Authority (KoTDA) invites tenders for the SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF AN ENTERPRISE RESOURSE PLANNING (ERP) SOLUTION. Interested eligible firms are invited to tender for this project that will address computerization of the Authority’s operations.

interested eligible candidates may obtain a set of tender documents from the KoTDA website www.konzacity.go.ke from Friday 15th April, 2016 to Friday 6th May, 2016. Bidders who download the tender document from the website will be required to email their detailed contact information to procurement@konzacity.go.ke for recording, further clarifications and addenda. In addition, all addenda will also be posted on the website as they become available.

The bidders must submit the mandatory requirements, supported by relevant documents so as to be considered for further evaluation:

Mandatory Requirements

A copy of Certificate of Incorporation/Registration

A copy of valid tax compliance Certificate

Signed Declaration form

Original Tender Security valid for 150 days from the date of tender opening of Kshs 150,000

Have proven QMS Standards – e.g. ISO 9001/2008 Certification

Demonstrated experience in at least 5 organizations, three of which should be client ERP solution with GIS, Performance Management and Intranet/Extranet.

The bidder must have local capacity in Kenya with good credibility and have local office in Kenya. The local office should have good infrastructure for providing necessary support

Be compliant with the all statutory requirements of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015

Provide all information requested in the instruction to tenderers in the tender documents.

A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday 21st April, 2016 at 2.30pm on the 5th Floor of Capital West Business Centre, Westlands.

Thereafter, all questions/clarifications regarding the project or offer of submission should be sent by email to procurement@konzacity.go.ke and copied to ceo@konzacity.go.ke by 29th April, 2016 at I700hrs local Kenyan time.

No other email addresses shall be used and KoTDA shall not be liable if bidders choose to send their information and/or enquiries to other email addresses.

The Tenderer shall seal the original and each copy of the tender in separate envelopes, duly marking the envelopes as “ORIGINAL”, “COPY” AND “ELECTRONIC COPY” The sealed envelopes, marked TENDER NUMBER KOTDA/060/2015-2016 on the right hand side corner and bearing no indication of the tenderer, should be addressed to:

and placed in the KoTDA Tender Box on the 5th Floor of Capital West Business Centre, Westlands, so as to reach the above address not later than Friday 6,h May, 2016 at 12.00pm local Kenyan time.

Submitted bids will be opened publicly at the same venue shortly therafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.

Prices quoted must remain valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the date of Tender opening.

Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
