This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online No. 721 of 29th February 2008 on-line and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.

The Government of Republic of Kenya has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Community Empowerment and Institutional Support Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Supply, delivery and installation of ICT equipment in the Sub-County Planning Units in 28 sub-counties and Project Unit office-Nairobi.

The Ministry of Devolution and Planning now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders (Women and Youth are engaged to bid ) for execution of the works as described here, Supply, delivery and installation of ICT equipment (Desk top computers, printers, Ups, IPAD and Laptops) as detailed in Specifications without variations in all the following sub-county (district);
