TENDER NOTICE
The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council Horn of Africa wishes to invite qualified companies to submit firm offers for the following supplies.

DESCRIPTION: Supply and delivery of Debarked Gum poles (17, 730pcs) in Kakuma

DESCRIPTION: Supply and delivery of Cypress Timber (15,760 Length Metres) in Kakuma

DESCRIPTION: Feasibility Study for Human Waste Handling and disposal- Bio Digesters in Kakuma Refugee Camp
1. Complete tender documents may be collected by interested eligible suppliers from the office of Norwegian Refugee Council Horn of Africa offices in Nairobi located at El Molo Drive, Lavington Green from 9th September 2013 – 13th September 2013.
The tender documents shall be issued during the normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 3,000 per tender. The tender documents are not transferable.
2.Completed tender documents shall be sealed and marked as stated in the tender document and be hand delivered to NRC Horn of Africa office in Nairobi (El Molo Drive, Lavington Green) on Wednesday 18th September 2013 between 8.30AM – 2.00PM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 2.30PM in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
