SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PUMP TESTING UNITS (RE-ADVERTISED)
The Government of Machakos County invites interested and eligible bidders to apply for the tenders for supply and delivery of the listed goods. Tender documents with details and conditions can viewed and obtained upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.1,000/= per tender document from the Supply Chain Management Services Office Rm. 37, 1st floor, Machakos County Headquarters, Ngei road, during normal working hours. Payment shall be made to the Machakos County Tender Account, Account No.1142999262, Kenya Commercial Bank, Machakos and the bank slip presented to the Cash Office, Ground Floor, Headquarters, Ngei Road, Machakos upon which an official receipt will be issued for presentation to the Supplies Chain Management Services Office for issuance of document. A copy of the receipt should be attached to the tender document upon submission.
Interested bidders will be required to pay a tender security of an amount specified in the respective tender document. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of applicable taxes and valid for a period of 120 days.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the relevant tender number and name should be addressed to:-

And be deposited in the Tender Box at the reception, Machakos County Headquarters, Ngei Road, so as to reach on or 27th November 2013 at 11.00 am and the opening will take place immediately thereafter in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
The Government of Machakos County reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or in Part and does not bind itself to accept any tender or to give reasons for its rejection.
