Tenders are invited technically competent and competitive firms for the performance of the following services to Chemeilil Sugar Company Limited during the annual factory maintenance.

Tender documents with detailed specifications to be obtained form the  office of the Procurement Manager upon payment of a non refundable  fee of Kshs. 3, 000 (Three thousand only) for each set of tender in form of cash, bankers cheque, or money order payable to Chemelil SUGAR Company.  It may be downloaded from our website www.chemsugar.co.ke
Site  visits shall be on Thursday 16th August 2012 & 23rd August 2012 working hours.
 
Tender documents must be accompanied by a bid  bond equivalent to 2% of the Tender. 
Duly completed  tender documents in plain sealed envelopes  marked as follows;-
“Do not open before  Monday, 3rd September 2012 at 12. 00 noon.

Chemelil Sugar Company does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid to nor give reasons for its decision.  Late bids shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
