The County Council Kakamega invites applicants for supply/delivery of goods, services and works during the financial Year 2012/2013.

CCK/11/2012/2013         pre-qualification of contractors for Repair and maintenance of plants &
                motor vehicles

C) Works

Interested tenderers must:
1) Be registered with VAT where applicable. Attach proof of registration (A copy of PIN, VAT Certificate of Registration / Incorporation and Current Tax Compliance certificate)
 
2) Any other documents that may be relevant to the tender applied.
 
Tender documents with detailed specifications may be obtained form The Office of County Treasurer on Treasurer on payment of a non refundable fee of Kshs. 2, 5000 (Kshs. Two thousand five hundred only) per set of tender documents to the receipts cashier in cash of banker’s cheque, during normal working hours. Completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked tender number specifying supply of goods, services and works as shown above should be addressed to:

Or be deposited in the tender box at the county council of Kakamega so as to reach him on or before 11th October 2012 at non and opening will take place immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or there representatives who choose to attend.
