Interested and eligible candidates may inspect and obtain tender documents from the University department of Procurement at JKUAT -Main Campus (Juja) upon payment of a non-refundable Fee of Ksh. 5 ,000.00 per set of document payable in cash or bankers cheque.
The documents can also be downloaded from JKUAT website www.jkuat.ac.ke Prove of payments will be required for those who may download the documents.
Tender prices should be inclusive of 16% VAT where necessary.
Sealed Tenders must be accompanied by duly completed forms as specified in the Tender Documents and addressed to.

and placed in the Tender Box at the Department of Procurement, JKUAT main Campus. The documents should j be in plain sealed envelopes indicating the Tender Number, without identifying the sender so as to reach the I University not later than Tuesday 6th August at 11.30 a.m.
Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at the New Board Room in the presence of bidders/their representatives who wish to attend.
