PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A STOREYED OFFICE BLOCK

Due to the non-responsiveness to the above tender which was advertised in the Daily Nation and the Standard Newspapers of 9th December, 2013, the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board hereby re-advertises the above as one whole tender.
A complete set of prequalification documents may be obtained free of charge by interested contractors before 5.00pm during working days from the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board offices located at the junction of Lenana and Woodlands Road in Hurlingham. Contractors must be registered with the National Construction Authority in NCA1 and NCA 2.
Completed pre-qualification documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the TENDER NAME AND NUMBER and deposited in the tender box situated at the KENYA MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS & DENTISTS BOARD addressed to:

P.O. BOX 44839 – 00100,
NAIROBI.
So as to reach him on or before 30th January, 2014 at 10.30am
The documents shall be opened thereafter in the Boardroom at “KENYA MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS & DENTISTS BOARD” in the presence of the Bidders or their Representatives who choose to attend.
Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
The Kenya Medical Practitioners & Dentists Board reserves the right to accept or reject a tender in whole or in part. Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
