TENDER NOTICE
Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) is a state corporation under the Ministry of roads, established by the Kenya Roads Act, 2007 with the core mandate of management, development and maintenance of all public roads in the cities and municipalities in Kenya except where those roads are national roads. As a leading Government Agency, with the above mandate, KURA wishes to invite bids from eligible Construction Companies registered with the Ministry of Roads category C and above and road design/works.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information form and inspect the tender documents at the procurement office, situated at the Kenya Urban Roads Authority Headquarters IKM Place, First Floor 5th Ngong Avenue Nairobi during normal working hours. The same information can be accessed on our website www.kura.go.ke/TendersAdverts.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 5, 000. 00 (Kenya shillings five thousand only) in Bankers Cheque payable to Kenya Urban Roads Authority.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed proposal documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender number, tender name and be deposited in the Tender Box at the Second floor, IKM Place or be sent by post and addressed to:
