INVITATION TO TENDER

Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology invites eligible contractors to tender for the following works.

Description: proposed construction  of  Foot Bridge and Associated works at MMUST main campus

Category: MOPW class D and above or NCA 6 and above

S/No 2
Description: Fabrication and supply of furniture  for women students  hostels
Tender No: MMUST/33/13-14
Category: MOPW class d and above OR  NCA 6 and above

Detailed tender documents may be obtained form procurement office during normal working hours upon payment of a non refundable fee of Kshs. 2, 000/= (Kenya shillings Two thousand),  only payable  at KCB Kakakmega Branch A/ c No.1101811269.

duly completed Tender documents   (Original and a copy) in a plan sealed envelope clearly marked with Tender Number and bearing no indication of the company should be sent to:-

Or dropped in the Tender Box outside the Vice Chancellor office at eh main campus in Kakamega, so as to reach the university Not later than 1200 ours on Thursday 1st August 2013.  Opening of the documents will be   done immediately thereafter in the Library  Boardroom in the presence of applicant or their representatives who wish to attend.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or part and odes not bind itself to accept  the lowest   or any bid.
