TENDER NOTICE

The Ministry of State for Special Programmes invites bids from qualified and eligible firms to provide the following:-

Other Requirements
1. Bid security should be from a reputable Financial institutional or Insurance Company    in the prescribed format.
2. Provide certificate audited accounts for the last two years
3. Copies of Tax Compliance certificate, VAT and PIN
4. Copies of incorporation and other documents showing ownership
5. Provide details of litigation history related to government contracts (Detailed requirements are in the tender documents)
Tender documents with detailed specifications can be obtained upon payment of the requisite fee in our cash office during working hours.

Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope bearing no indication of the tender name but clearly marked tender number to be addressed to:

The sealed tender documents may either be sent to the above address or be deposited in the tender box at our 7th floor office at Comcraft House / Haile Sellasie Avenue, so as to reach us not later than 7th November 2012 at 10. 30 am.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter and bidders who may be interested are welcome to attend.
