RE : REFURBISHMENT OF OFFICE BLOCK AT SABAKI MALINDI

Moi University invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders who must be currently registered with the Ministry of Public Works as follows:-

Tender Document Fee (Kshs.): 3000.00
Bid Bond (Kshs.): 100,000
Closing & Opening Date & Time: 21/11/2013 At 11.00 a.m.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect tender documents at the Procurement Unit, Main Campus, Moi University or at Moi University Coast Campus, Elite House, Liwatoni Road, Tel. No. 041 – 2315595.

Complete sets of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a non refundable fee as stated above in cash or bankers cheque payable to Moi University. AH Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank or from an approved insurance company and must be delivered with Tender Documents.

Prospective tenderers are advised to make a pre-tender visit to the site at Sabaki Malindi.

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for sixty (60) days from the closing date of tender.

Completed tender documents accompanied with a copy of official receipt for the fee paid are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Name and Tender Reference and should be addressed and delivered to:-

Or deposited in the tender box at Moi University Main Campus Administration Block so as to be received on or before Thursday 21st November, 2013 at 11.00 a.m. local time.
Tenders will be opened in the Boardroom, Moi university, Main Campus immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend.
