THE NAIROBI PRIMARY SCHOOL
INVITATION TO TENDER
The Nairobi Primary School invites interested contractors for the following building works.
Construction to completion of 8 classroom project to the employers and consultants satisfaction. Interested contractors are requested to present their bids tot eh school along with profiles and resumes.
Other requirements
1. Provide certificate of registration
2. Certificate of Tax compliance
3. Be registered with Ministry of Public Works category not lower than Grade E
4. Provide Audited accounts for last 3 years
5. Evidence to show having done similar projects
6. Provide a bank guarantee form a reputable bank valid for 90 days
7. Bid bond equivalent to 2% of bid sum
Documents can be collected from the school upon depositing a tender fee of Kshs. 5, 000 with Co-operative Bank, University Way Branch.
A/C No. 01129171075100. The original and slip is to be presented to the cash office before 5. 00pm on working days.

Shall be deposited in the Tender box located at the reception area on 1st floor, Nairobi Primary School, Along Mamlaka Road, Nairobi so as to be received on or before 10. 00 am on Wednesday 31st October 2012. Bid documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who wish to witness.
Nairobi Primary School reserves the right to accept or reject any application in whole or in part.
