TENDER NOS. 08/2013-2014 & 09/2013-2014
Proposed Joint Venture Property Development In Nairobi Central Business District (Kenyatta Avenue) & Mavoko Municipality (Machakos County)
The closing dates for the above tenders have been extended as below:
1. Mavoko from 29th November 2013 to 14th January 2014 at 11.00 a.m. local time.
2. Kenyatta Avenue from 4th December 2013 to 16th January 2014 at 11.00 a.m.
All other terms and conditions as set out in the tender notices and detailed in the tender documents thereof remain the same except for clarifications through minutes of the pre-bid meeting held on 30th October, 2013.
