PLANT AND EQUIPMENT FOR ROAD WORKS AND WASTE MANAGEMENT FOR THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KISUMU
The Kisumu County Government was established under new Constitution of Kenya 2010 that established devolved governance structures for efficient and effective service delivery to the citizens.
In its attempt to offer effective service delivery to the citizens of Kisumu County, County Government of Kisumu invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Equipment and Plant Dealers for the following:
Waste Management Equipment – Provide Skips and Skip loaders both Truck and Tractor drawn loaders.
Roads Construction and Earthmoving Plant 8 Equipment – Provide Road and General Construction Equipment and plant for improved accessibility and Efficient Transport within the County.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
A) MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
A copy of certificate of incorporation /registration
Valid tax compliance certificate
Tax pin no. certificate
Bank statement for the last three years
Copy of certificate of registration with relevant regulatory bodies
Business company profile
B) OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Scope of similar works/ contracts undertaken in the past
Qualification and experience of relevant professionals and technical personnel currently maintained
Track record and experience of the firm in a similar assignment(Oincluding a list of major clients served
Compliance to statutory requirements such as Tax obligations am. Relevant Authority from Agencies in the Industry.
Authorization from Manufacturers for OEM equipment
Recommendations from recipients of satisfactory dealership and post sales service from reputable institutions and entities.
