REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) RFQ No.: 16943

Request for Quotation for the Supply, Delivery and Completion of Installation of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System for the Medical Procurement and Production Division (MPPD).

The Supply Chain Management Project (SCMS) (herein referred to as “the Project”) under the Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PFSCM)) is soliciting quota­tions for the provision of referenced items and services. The SCMS Project in Rwan­da is run by JSI Research &Training Institute, Inc. (JSI). The Project is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and is subject to all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and AID Acquisition Regulations (AIDAR).

The period of performance of this work would be such time as proposed by the contractor and agreed by the JSI to commence when the contract is signed.

Please submit proposals by email by 5:00 pm (Kigali Time) on October 26, 2015 to the name and address provided in RFQ document. Any questions pertaining to this quotation should be sent to the person specified in RFQ document no later than the time specified in the RFQ document i.e. October 19, 2015

A site visit is planned October 16, 2015. Please confirm attendance sending an email confirmation to jochuka@rw.pfscm.org by October 11, 2015 (Attention James Ochuka)
